There are many in our club that have experience in repairing all types of wood items. From furniture to rolling pins and even writing pens. We have #woodworkers that specialize in flat or board wood working, carving, #woodturning, embellishing, and more. Maybe you have an antique that needs repair or maybe a part remade. Instead of trashing the item, consider having it repaired and maybe even donating it to a family in need. Tables, bed frames, chairs, dressers, and more can usually be refurbished and brought back to its once upon a time glory. Hello I am refinishing a 19th century writing desk and I need to have a small piece turned. There is a small finial that is missing. It looks like a chess piece (bishop)and is 2 inches long. I have another one to match it up to. I also have some wood that matches. If someone could do this for me that would be great.
